Computer Science Tutor & Researcher

📌 About Me

A long-standing interest in computers and programming gradually developed into a deep engagement with research in the fields of Computer Engineering and Informatics. What started as a personal curiosity—tinkering with hardware, writing small programs, learning how systems communicate—has grown into a structured academic path with a focus on real-world impact.

Currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications, University of Ioannina, with both Bachelor and Master degrees completed in the same department. Research interests lie at the intersection of systems design, cybersecurity, and intelligent computing, with a strong motivation to explore how emerging technologies can serve both users and society.

Alongside research, there is active involvement in tutoring Computer Science and Mathematics, and several years of professional experience as a Computer Engineer and IT consultant. These roles provide a valuable bridge between theory and practice, and offer continuous opportunities for collaboration and learning.

Outside academia, participating in local cycling groups around Ioannina helps maintain a sense of balance and connection with the city and its rhythm.
